Vacation rental apartment in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. The perfect spot for a sunny holiday all year round. Located by a nature reserve, it serves as an oasis from the nearby nightlife. Available on AirBNB as “Sea view with heated pool“.
Inside the apartment
The sun comes over the Guaza-mountain ridge on the left hand side of the apartment in the morning and lights up the balcony during the whole day until it sets in the evening. If you’re looking for sun – this is the balcony you want for your vacation.
Bedding and pillows
The bed and bedding is of very high quality to ensure a good nights sleep. There is a selection of pillows, and you can choose between pure duck down or polyester if you prefer that. Ergonomic foam pillow can be arranged on request.
The sofa has two reclining seats, with footrests that pops up.
Cooling down
There is a ceiling fan as well as a free-standing fan in the apartment, and there is a portable air-conditioner available on request.
Nights in Los Cristianos are usually mild and pleasant, seldom cold, but there are warm nights especially during August when some additional cooling can be nice to have.
Smart TV with English, Spanish and German channels
The smart TV is a 2022 model 55″ screen mounted on a movable arm so that you can view it from different locations.
There are plenty of channels, Spanish, British and German and the TV supports Netflix, Amazon Prime and other smart apps.
Power to your devices
The bar / worktop has a built-in UBS-power outlet and power outlets for charging your devices or for working with your laptop. There are also outlets on each side of the bed.
Note: Remember that Spain uses EU-power outlets which differ from the UK. Don’t forget an adapter!
The complex and pool area
The compound has a very neat, clean and relaxing atmosphere and a pool which is heated during the winter months. In the Canary Islands, heated pools are quite rare. If you want to swim, it’s more or less essential with a heated pool during the coldest months of the year.
Note that the weather in Los Cristianos is usually warmer than the forecast and rain is extemely rare. From December to March, you might need a light sweater in the evenings / at night but for the most part shorts and t-shirt is adequate.
Parking
There is free parking at the top side of the compound as well as in Calle Los Angeles directly underneath. Parking is usually not a problem, and there are no parking meters in all of Tenerife so no need to worry. The only place you’ll pay for parking is in public garages.
Evenings on the spacious balcony
Enjoy the relaxing view from the balcony. As the apartment is located at the end of the compound, there is nothing but the nature reserve to your left, and a spectacular view! As the sun sets behind the island La Gomera, you’ll find it difficult to avert your eyes. This is one of the most quiet places in Los Cristianos and you should not be bothered by the nearby bars and nightlife.

“We really loved the apartment, the whole complex and the area, it was just perfect for a couple. There was not a single thing that bothered us or that we missed. It is quiet, clean and everything worked. Well, we don’t know if the TV worked because we did not turn it on for the whole week. It is just so much nicer to spend the evenings on the terrace and enjoy the view and the night sky. The bed was extremely comfortable which is often not the case in other apartments or hotels. The complex is really quiet in late March/early April, including the pool area even at temperatures above 30°C. Going down the hill, there are supermarkets and lots of nice restaurants with some Karaoke and Sports Bars, for us it was the right level of tourism, not too much and not too boring. We would definitely book it again.”

“We were only in Tenerife for 3 days and then travel further to El Hierro. Cecilia’s place is exactly as described and has everything you need.
